Well we went up to the newly opened Burlington Bike Park and had a blast. The pump track is a tight fit but loose enough to gain speed until the world blurs. All of the jumps may look huge to new comers but they are well built with tons of room for error. I had not rode jumps in about 4 months and not on a bike in 2. But after a few laps I was hitting the medium line with no problems. They are always dialing it in so it is only going to get better.
Demolition Parts crew showed up in the Northwest to hit up our trail scene. The riders included Chris Doyle, Dave Dillewaard, Ronnie Napolitan, Kris Fox, Rob Wise and Mike “Hucker” Clark. They dodged the weather and were able to ride some sick trails and even stop by the shop for a sesh. Keep updated here…next week for shop footage!

We know it is the same wheel size. We were one of the lucky ones to receive some of the first frames in the good ol USA. In the next couple of weeks we should have the parts to go on these bad boys. I know I love my Covert 26 so the 27.5 should also rip. I cant wait to be able to try one of these out. If you want one of the frames come in quick! They might not be here if you wait. I am pretty sure the next shipment for these bikes is after Christmas.
Coming next weekend our annual Bermsled Halloween race is going down. This is one of our favorite events of the year! It is an all day party with a BBQ, Riding and all kinds of other fun. To see whats up come out on October 26th. We will be hanging out all day so dont miss out. Last year it was pouring rain and we still had about 100 people and a great time. Flyer below has the details.
Location: 1424 Grant Ave S, Renton, WA 98055 (Look for the trail that goes up the hill.)
Here at g.h.y. we have been going crazy and working hard to fill/outfit the new location. We are about 3/4 of the way through our mission to bring you one of the best shops in the Northwest…NW! We are lucky enough to have great people who have helped us along the way. With all of the hard work we had the honor of hosting a demo by the Demolition Team. We threw up a shady ramp and the demolition guys and our locals proceeded to destroy the place. It was an awesome time and reminds us why we are here. And why we choose to sell bike parts. More pics…CHECK THIS.
All items in the store 20-70% OFF. Come down on Friday the 26th, Saturday the 27th (Parade Day), and Sunday the 28th. We are selling as much as possible so that we dont have to move it. We will be moving to a bigger spot about a block away. You should NOT miss out on the best deals on the greatest bike stuff!
Lucas has a style all his own and it is energized. Sliding and ripping these trails early in the morning before work was quite a task. I know these guys put in some serious effort for this edit in a short amount of time.
